DaYeh Takashimaya is a department store with Japanese affiliation and style. It opened in the TianMu area many years ago. There are many well-known restaurants and a department selling audio/video devices. On the 4th Floor, there is a Japanese Kinokuniya Bookstore; on the 3rd floor, there are the fashion departments for males, children and formal wears, and even a hair salon for children! The female fashions and hair salon are located on the 2nd floor. This department store is different from other newly built department stores. It was here that the washroom accessibility for the disabled was first established in a department store.
