The “Taipei Hakka Culture Hall” established in 1996, its character aims at “assemblage, and intercommunication”, to provide Taipei citizens and Hakka fellows a place for chatting, leisure, and education. The hall has 4-stories; the disabled can enter from the front end elevator, which is a disabled-accessible elevator.
