Like other gas stations, they provide 24Hour service; which includes refuelling, cashier, cleaning etc, those served are done so by a staff of over 80% that are physically and mentally disabled. This is the first gas station run by a public welfare organization, which operates under the authorization of the Department of Labour of Taipei City, and founded in 2003. Staff members with less disabled abilities will assist the higher disabled staff, in the attempt to use the way of self-sufficiency, to find a position for their life.
